NewsletterMailing ServiceIt is the policy of the ACBA that we do not provide or sell our mailing list; however, we do offer an in-house mailing service, which must be submitted for approval. Once approval is given, you must supply us with 1,500 copies. Albany County Bar Association stationary will not be available, therefore, your company letterhead and envelopes should be utilized. For non-members of the Bar Association, the fee is $1000 for one page, which covers the expense of the labor, the labels and the postage. If there is more than one page, the cost is an additional $350 per page. If the mailing is provided to us stuffed and sealed, the fee is only $850. For the membership of the Albany County Bar Association, there is a reduced fee of $800 for one page, which covers the expense of the labor, the labels and the postage. Albany County Bar Association stationary will not be available, therefore, your company letterhead and envelopes should be utilized. If there is more than one page, the cost is an additional $300 per page. If the mailing is provided to us stuffed and sealed, the fee is only $750.
