Scholarships

The Albany County Bar Association provides scholarships for those members in need: Fee waivers for unemployed attorneys and fee reductions on a sliding scale for attorneys with annual incomes of $30,000 or less.

Unemployed: Full Scholarship
Income up to $15,000: 75% Discount
Income $15,000 - $30,000: 50% Discount
Income above $30,000: No Discount

All requests must be in writing and are kept confidential.
